Festival Background
The aim of the Festival is to put focus on the art of photography, to engage the youth community and to promote Albania. Our objective is not only to do an event for entertaining people, but also for educating the young people, to learn something and to promote their country. That is why we combine photography which is a passion, with learning through workshops, with photo tours to promote our cities, and to bring more tourists in Albania. Tirana Photo Festival 2018 has an huge audience and impact especially at young people. More than 2000 people participated in the previous edition, and the exhibition was seen by many students and tourists. In partnership with the trusted Visit-Tirana marketing platform and branded social channels, over 10,000 entries were posted in social media contests that are organized every three months by amateur and professional photographers.
